Refund Policy

Just Give Me Jewels Return Policy:

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused (unworn) and in the same condition that you received it.  It must also be in the original packaging.  If the tags have been removed (if provided) the item will not be accepted back.

The item must be returned within 30 days of receiving the merchandise to receive a full refund. Shipping costs are not refundable.

Please note that you will be responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to us.* If you are shipping an item over $75, we suggest that you use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance.  We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

In your return package, please include a copy of your receipt with a written reason for the return.  An email confirmation will be sent to you upon our receipt of the returned merchandise.  Refunds will not be processed until the returned item has been received and we have confirmed that the item has not been damaged or have signs of wear and tear.

*Please note that defective merchandise will be handled differently on a case-by-case basis.  Although we check all of our items for defects prior to packaging, we ask that you inspect your item upon arrival to make sure that it is free of any defects. Please contact us immediately if you receive a defective/damaged item.
